- Handful frozen fruit
- cherries, blueberries and strawberries
- banana from below and only pineapple plus 1 scoop dried oatmeal and almonds or walnuts
- Mango, pineapple, blueberry
- blueberries and 1 scoop dried oatmeal
- Raspberries, blueberries, cherries
- Really any combo you like!
- 1/2 a banana
- 1 serving Vital Proteins
- 1 cup 30 cal almond milk
Blend well and serve!
