  • Handful frozen fruit
    • cherries, blueberries and strawberries
    • banana from below and only pineapple plus 1 scoop dried oatmeal and almonds or walnuts
    • Mango, pineapple, blueberry
    • blueberries and 1 scoop dried oatmeal
    • Raspberries, blueberries, cherries
    • Really any combo you like!
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1 serving Vital Proteins
  • 1 cup 30 cal almond milk

Instructions:
