Ingredients:

  • 2 green apples, sliced with skins on
  • 1 chunk of fresh ginger
  • 1 whole cucumber, chopped in chunks
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • Juice from 1 whole lemon
  • 1 tsp of turmeric
  • 1/4 cup of filtered water or coconut water

Instructions:

  • Chop all of the ingredients up to your blender specifications, blend and serve immediately!
