Ingredients:
- 2 green apples, sliced with skins on
- 1 chunk of fresh ginger
- 1 whole cucumber, chopped in chunks
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- Juice from 1 whole lemon
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1/4 cup of filtered water or coconut water
Instructions:
- Chop all of the ingredients up to your blender specifications, blend and serve immediately!
