- 2 whole apples, green or honey crisp, cubed into bite-sized peices
- 1 pear, ripened and cubed
- 2 sticks of celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped
- 1 small handful of dried cranberries
- 2 small single-serve containers or 1/2 large container plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of local honey
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir.
- Drizzle with the honey before serving.
