Ingredients:

  • 2 whole apples, green or honey crisp, cubed into bite-sized peices
  • 1 pear, ripened and cubed
  • 2 sticks of celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped
  • 1 small handful of dried cranberries
  • 2 small single-serve containers or 1/2 large container plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of local honey

Instructions:

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  • Drizzle with the honey before serving.
