Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk
- 2 Cups blueberries or strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pour into popsicle molds. Leave some space at the top to allow the popsicles to expand as they freeze. Freeze for 6-8 hours. Enjoy!
*Tip: Freeze any leftover mixture in ice cube molds to use for smoothies.
