Ingredients:

  • 1 Flank steak
  • 4 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (save lime wedges for garnish also)

Instructions:

  • Place steak in shallow pan.
  • Mix all remaining ingredients (except cilantro) in a cup; pour over steak. Marinate for 2 hours.
  • Grill steak, brushing often with marinade, 5 minutes on each side until done.
  • Carve diagonally in thin slices.
