Ingredients:
- 1 Flank steak
- 4 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp oregano
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 limes, juiced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (save lime wedges for garnish also)
Instructions:
- Place steak in shallow pan.
- Mix all remaining ingredients (except cilantro) in a cup; pour over steak. Marinate for 2 hours.
- Grill steak, brushing often with marinade, 5 minutes on each side until done.
- Carve diagonally in thin slices.
