Ingredients:
- 2 ½ sticks butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Whisk together flour, salt and baking soda; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugars together in mixer until fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Slowly add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Stir in oats.
- Stir in raisins.
- Drop dough on cookie sheet 2 inches apart and bake until bottoms are golden and tops are still moist.
