Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened 
  • 1 10.5 oz can chili, no beans 
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese 
  • 2 green onions, sliced (green part only) 

Instructions: 

1. Spread cream cheese evenly on microwave safe dish. 

2. Add chili and spread to cover cream cheese.

3. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top. 

4. Microwave for 2 minutes or until hot. 

5. Sprinkle on green onions and serve with tortilla scoops.
