A favorite breakfast and lunch for our girlfriend Kelleigh G! She has us all making these daily.

Ingredients:

  • Acai packet (I like Trader Joe’s the best)
  • 1/8 of an avocado
  • 6-8 oz of almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 scoops of vital proteins (for some added flavorless protein)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries

Blend well in blender. Pour in favorite bowl. 

  • Top with:
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup favorite granola 
  • 1 tbsp local honey
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • Add any other berries
